Trip description

A unique tour that sails through The Andes Mountains, across three beautiful lakes, connected by four overland legs, from San Carlos de Bariloche in Argentina to Puerto Varas in Chile, and vice versa. A journey that can be enjoyed every single day of the year, revealing mountainous landscapes of great beauty that are located in the most colorful area of the Patagonia. It takes just one day to travel from one country to the other, but the option exists of extending the trip to two days or more, staying in Puella and/or Puerto Blast at the half-way mark.

PUERTO VARAS - SALTOS PETROHUE 9:45 am- 10:15 am Impressive views of the Osorno and Calbuco volcanoes dominate the landscape. Entrance to the Vicente Pérez Rosales National Park where we'll visit the Saltos del Petrohué and appreciate the capricious volcanic rock formations, bathed in the emerald green waterfalls.
PETROHUE - PEULLA 10:30 am- 12:30 pm We'll sail to Peulla, navigating across Lake Todos los Santos. If the weather permits, different and breathtaking views of the Osorno and Puntiagudo volcanoes and Cerro Tronador can be seen.

PEULLA - PUERTO FRÍAS 3:00 pm - 5:00 pm We'll board the following bus destined for Puerto Frías, close to Chilean customs to follow the necessary steps at the border. We'll cross the Andes Mountains, following the route to Puerto Frías.
PUERTO FRÍAS - BLEST 5:00 pm - 6:00 pm The trip continues in the following sail across Lake Frías for 20 minutes aboard the Victoria del Sur headed towards Puerto Alegre. Upon arrival to Puerto Alegre we'll take our third bus to Puerto Blest.
BLEST - PUERTO PAñUELO 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm We'll begin the final sail across Lake Nahuel Huapi, destined for Puerto Pañuelo.
PUERTO PAñUELO - BARILOCHE 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm Upon arrival to Puerto Pañuelo, we'll take a bus on the final leg of the journey towards Bariloche, a city that attracts visitors in winter and summer thanks to its ski centers, shops, hotels, restaurants and night life. Over the past few years, Bariloche has developed a name for itself as a city for top-class breweries.

Outdoor activities at Peulla, Vicente Pérez Rosales National Park

This activity is for those who are looking to discover a new adventure, sensing the excitement of flying through the native trees of the south of Chile. Our canopy experience is 800 meters long, with eight cables, nine platforms and two abseiling opportunities. Along the way, we'll come into contact with century-old trees, including the Coigüe, a waterfall called "El velo de la novia" and a creek that flows from a lagoon in the middle of The Andes Mountains.

This activity in Peulla is a complete horse-riding experience across farming country, traveling through Valdivian forest (incredible evergreen forest that always surprises), valleys and rivers, all within Chile's longest-standing national park, Vicente Pérez Rosales. We begin at Fundo Rigi, where a specialist guide in ecotourism will guide us through from start to finish. The horses are trained to receive all kinds of riders, with or without experience. There are different horse-riding routes to enjoy, providing opportunities to observe flora and fauna. All in all, a great experience.

This fun activity is something the entire family can enjoy and shows off Puella's natural diversity. We'll make our way to the Fundo Rigi, where we'll discover a wide range of birds and farm animals. Our double-traction vehicles, Jabalí and Puma, will take us into the interior of The Andes Mountains in search of the River Peulla, which we will cross in our jeeps.
